Step 2 — Enzyme Treatment

Step 3 — Deep Extraction

Truck-mounted hot water extraction then flushes the dissolved contamination out of the carpet entirely. The broken-down residue leaves the house in our recovery tank — it doesn't get pushed around or left to dry back in place.

Step 4 — Sub-Surface Work When It's Warranted

Why the Store-Bought Stuff Made It Worse

Two supermarket products sabotage more pet spots than the pets do. First, cleaners with optical brighteners: they can chemically set the stain and leave a patch that fluoresces oddly and never quite matches the carpet again. Second, ammonia-based cleaners: urine itself breaks down into ammonia, so cleaning an accident with ammonia essentially tells the pet "this is the bathroom" in their own language — and invites re-marking. Foaming sprays add a third problem, leaving sticky residue that grabs dirt and turns the old accident into a permanent gray spot.
